WHAT TO DO IN DEL MAR?
Grab a clean meal at the local whole foods and stock up on your favorite ingredients!
If you are bringing your family to Del Mar, here are some fun ideas for kids….
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Complete the following as a 4 person team in any order…
- 8k row (all must use the same rower)
- 500 air squats
- 300 push ups
- 200 box step ups
- 100 ring dips
*only 1 person can work at a station at a time until 2 stations are complete, then others may help (with the exception of the row).
