OPEN WOD

The 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games Open WOD will be the WOD for todays group class.

  • If you are signed up to compete in the Open WOD and can come on Saturday at 10:00am this will be your rest day and you will be doing mobility and shake out work.

 

  • If you are signed up to compete in the Open WOD and CANNOT come on Saturday, you may compete on Friday to get your best time.

 


Remember to keep in mind all the things that will effect your training Рsleep, nutrition, warm up, cool down, recovery and rest, and most importantly your mental attitude!

30 Snatch, 75 / 45 lbs

30 Burpees

30 Snatch, 135 / 75 lbs

20 Burpees

30 Snatch, 165 / 100 lbs

10 burpees

Max rep Snatch, 210 / 120 lbs
