14.4 is here!

We are almost at the end of the Open, and Dave Castro has thrown a  new movement into the mix–a calorie row! This chipper is designed to test not only your endurance, but your gymnastics skills and strength as well. We encourage everyone who is planning on completing the workout on Saturday to take tomorrow off and spend some time doing mobility. This workout will take a toll on the forearms, hamstrings, quads, and shoulders. I would recommend mashing out these areas and then stretching them out with a band or against the wall. CDR is currently holding strong at 9th place and is looking forward to crushing this next workout!

If you want any tips for strategizing or stretching or if you cannot do the workout on Saturday,  please don’t hesitate to ask a coach!
