Join us at 9am on Saturday for our new CDR-DIO class. One hour of cardio – CDR style! For a limited time, this class is free and does not count toward your weekly or monthly class limit! Have fun and sweat! This is the perfect way to start the weekend. We still have our normal group classes available on Saturday as well.


Invite your friends and family to come out and cheer for our athletes competing next Saturday, February 9th! We have 40 teams of every skill level competing in three exciting WODs. The fun starts at 8am. We’ll have food available to purchase as well as music from DJ Eddy. Lululemon will have their fabulous workout clothing available for purchase.


Team WOD, AMRAP 20 minutes

  • 10 push jerk
  • 10 barbell lunges
  • 20 pull ups
  • 20 wall balls
