HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Our Anniversary Party will be Friday, November 30th, 6:30 at CDR. Sign up on the whiteboard.

The week of Thanksgiving, we will be observing a week of rest and recovery. You are encourage to take days off during that week. No heavy lifting will be programmed during Thanksgiving week. The Thanksgiving schedule will be:

Thursday – 9am only Turkey WOD

Friday – 9am only

Saturday – regular schedule

Sunday – no classes

Our Christmas schedule will be:

Sunday, 12/23 – no classes

Monday, 12/24 – 9am only

Tuesday, 12/25 – no classes

Wednesday, 12/26 – 9am only

Congratulations to all of our Challengers on a very successful Week 1! Not everyone has a goal that will be reflected in pounds lost on the scale.
