Discomfort tends to arise when we try something new. By learning to be comfortable with discomfort, you can break through self-imposed limits to achieve your goals. CrossFit goes a long way in demonstrating the value of discomfort. We know that pushing through the pain and fatigue leads to amazing mental and physical results. How can we apply this to other areas of our lives? Check out this great article on

Discomfort Zone: How to Master the Universe

With the cold weather, we’re finding more and more items being stored in and around the cubbies during class time. With all of the jackets being stored in that area, we’ve had a few get mixed up and go home with the wrong owner. You might think about bringing a bag to store your items in and I would recommend putting your name on any jacket that you leave here during class. With the new Reebok jackets and the popular Lululemon jackets, many of you have the same stuff and its easy for it to get mixed up.

That being said, we have one black Lululemon jacket that accidentally went home with the wrong owner today. If you were in the 8am or 9am group, please check to make sure you have the right jacket. Thank you for your help!
