Monday (10/14) will begin a four week powerlifting cycle!
This class will run at 5:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays from 10/14 – 11/08. It will run in conjunction with the 5:30 p.m. group class.
This class is designed for anyone looking to increase their overall strength in the squat, deadlift, & press (not olympic lifting).
Workout of the Day
- 30 Snatches for time (#135/#95)
Test: How many rounds can you make it??
- Run 200m on the minute for 10 minutes
