Below is a message from a visitor who dropped in last week:

Hi there,

I just wanted to thank you so much for being such fantastic group of people. I came down to care for my mom as she had a heart attack but didn’t want to lose focus on my fitness goals. So my friend Shannon Dudding invited me to CDR and I LOVED it! All the coaches and folks I met were so welcoming and kind. The workouts were challenging and taught me new things to take back to my existing workouts. I only wish there was a CF box as fantastic, clean, professional, personable and fun near my house. If I could make CDR my home I so would. At least I have a few new tanks to support CDR when I work out up here. Thank you again for your freaking awesomeness!
